Orthodontist in Oakleaf Plantation.
Oakleaf Plantation has grown from a new Clay County master-planned community into one of our most active patient bases. Oakleaf High and the surrounding Oakleaf Village neighborhoods send us more teen patients every year than almost any other Clay County feeder, a 10-minute drive down 295 and south on 17.
Built around Oakleaf Plantation.
We did not parachute into Clay County. We have been here since 1997, treating Oakleaf Plantation families ten minutes up the road.
Oakleaf is where Clay County’s growth has been most visible in the last decade, and our new-patient volume from Oakleaf High and the feeder schools has grown right alongside it. We’ve streamlined our Oakleaf appointment flow, most Oakleaf teens come straight from school with one parent, and our after-school slots are built around that pattern.
From Oakleaf Village, take I-295 south to US-17, then south to our Fleming Island office on Business Center Dr. Most Oakleaf families arrive in 10–12 minutes. Plantation Oaks and Forest Hammock families usually hit 10 minutes exactly. We hold peak afternoon slots (3–5 PM) for Oakleaf High and Junior students.

I cannot say enough about how amazing this entire practice is. I have been coming here since my first born son got his braces and he is now 31 years old. All 7 of my children have had their braces here, and I wouldn’t have chosen anyone else. The entire office is kind, patient and always happy, you can tell by their demeanor that it is a fantastic place to work. All 3 doctors are funny, and very knowledgeable. They are very easy going and take their time with everyone, both parents and patients. I would never choose any other orthodontist than Aiosa, Hoffman and Montoya.Amy M. · Multi-generational
Our daughter is a patient at Aiosa and Hoffman. She has a very complicated, 3 to 4 year ortho treatment plan (poor thing) and other practices didn’t want to take her on and referred us to A&H. We’re a little over a year in and couldn’t be happier. They’re courteous, friendly, and quick. All our questions get answered and best of all, our anxious 12 year old daughter leaves happy. Highly recommend them.Nicholas B. · Complex case · Phase 2
